The Residence
The Roman Country Residence is a relatively new three storey building situated in Ostia Antica, on the outskirts of Rome. Ostia Antica is world famous for its archaeological site and is only 10 mins from Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) International Airport, 7km from Rome’s seaside(Lido di Ostia), and only minutes from Castel Fusano National Park (a large pine forest with various jogging circuits). A brief journey of 30mins and you can choose to visit a marine Attraction Park ’Zoomarine’ or the exhibition halls of the new Fiera di Roma or if you prefer, take the metro to the city center and the Vatican City.
The Residence has 21 fully furnished apartments (ranging in size from 52 to 65 square metres), a restaurant/pizzeria and a bar. In each apartment you will find:
- Kitchenette with gas cooker, oven, fridge/freezer.
- Independent heating/hot water system.
- Air conditioned bedroom.
- Acoustic isolation (double glass window panes).
- Telephone, video entryphone.
- Colour TV and satellite receiving system, free WiFi.
- Hair dryer.
- Armoured door, electric shutters, burglar alarm.
Lift to all floors and all the apartments have either a balcony or a terrace.
